Not all beginnings are difficult. “Первый” (pjervie) means ‘first’, and the first words you hear are “Попадая в мою кровь”. Loosely translated: getting into my blood. The clip shows just what things can get into a man’s кровь. Not much good!

It is also in the lyrics – and of course, it’s a woman. Like яд (poison) and a вирус (virus). The singer is struggling with everything and gets impatient, время не ждёт, time doesn’t wait. “I’m going crazy,” he says with the words я схожу с ума. And further, addressing a woman (otherwise, he would have said ты знал сам): ты знала сама – you knew yourself.
