ЛЮТИК – 7 whisky-colas and Tired of Drinking

Sasha Moskalets (feminist and badass, according to her now deleted Instagram page) used to sing in Sewage Sour and now performs under the name ЛЮТИК (or LYUTIK), which translates as Buttercup. She was also a model, and she needs (or used to need) a drink now and then.

Whisky-cola, for example. It starts with two and quickly moves to five. It doesn’t stop there, nor at the seven mentioned in the title. I’m having so much fun (мне так весело) – I hope I forget everything (надеюсь всё забуду) as soon as I get home (как только я зайду в свой дом).

And sometimes, it just gets exhausting or too much. Я устала пить: I’m tired of drinking. And больше не могу, I can’t anymore. But then there’s the next problem. Как мне выносить эту Москву, how can I endure this Moscow?.
